Kelsey O'CONNOR


Kelsey O’CONNOR completed a Ph.D. in economics at the University of Southern California in 2017. His research focuses on social policy with two areas of application, economic development and labor economics. Prior to USC, Kelsey completed a M.S. in Mineral Economics at the Colorado School of Mines, and then worked at an independent advisory (Duff & Phelps) where he estimated the value of mining companies for financial and tax reporting purposes.
