Variation between the average application quotation of a year and the average application quotation of the previous year. This calculation determines the produced average increase rate of the salaries for one year by the only sliding wage scale. This salaries increase rate does not take other increases in account which may happen during a year, for instance salaries increases negociated in the frame of collective agreements.
