At-risk-of-poverty rate

The at-risk-of-poverty rate is the proportion of individuals who have an income below 60% of median national income (poverty threshold). Income corresponds to the household total disposable income per adult-equivalent (at-risk-of-poverty rate after social transfers). The at-risk-of-poverty rate before social transfers is calculated by removing social transfers (family allowances, housing-related allowances ...) from income.
