Diversity

STATEC has been a signatory of the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter since 2013 and is thus committed to promoting diversity and pluralism, equal opportunities and equal treatment. Composed of 17 different nationalities, STATEC’s staff is proud of its diversity!

STATEC has a diversity committee which is in charge of promoting the diversity of all cultures, nationalities and orientations within STATEC. Every year, the “Diversity Day” is celebrated with a Diversity Café bringing together staff members for a shared moment in a friendly atmosphere.

In the summer of 2021, STATEC organized for the first time a Diversity Picnic, where each participant brought a dish from their country of origin.
