Consumer prices in October: Annual inflation up from 2.7% to 3.6%

In October 2021, the national Consumer Price Index, calculated by STATEC, climbs 0.9% compared to the previous month. This movement is mainly due to an acceleration of petroleum prices in monthly comparison, which increased by 10.5%, while prices excluding oil products recorded an increase of 0.4%. The annual inflation rate is increasing to reach 3.6% in October.
