Number of vacancies exceeds 10,000

The number of available resident job seekers registered with ADEM is 15,641 as of September 30 2021. Compared to August 2021, this is a decrease of 482 individuals. Compared to the month of September 2020, this constitutes a decrease of 2,234 persons or 12.5%. The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate seasonally adjusted unemployment rate, calculated by STATEC, now stands at 5.5% and has thus almost returned to its pre-crisis level.
