The structure of earnings survey of 2010 allows analysing the wages of part-time workers according to their degree of occupation. More than half of the part-time employees work between 50 and 74% of a full-time employee. Salaries for part-time workers greatly depend on qualification, occupation and the industry. Overall, hourly wages increase with the degree of occupation. A low occupation rate is however not necessarily low-paid if the level of education is high.
