In 2013, 20% of the resident population made a least one business trip with at least one overnight stay. After a slight decline in 2010, business trips restarted in 2011, reaching in 2013 the highest level ever. Business trips are mainly done by men, the main destination is situated in Germany or France. The business people are mainly accommodating in hotels, and for one of two business trips, they travel by plain.
