65% of trip cancellations did not have any financial consequences for households. 46% of residents canceled at least one leisure trip because of the crisis. They advanced money for 59% of canceled trips, according to STATEC’s tourism survey. As of mid-June, only 11% of prepaid stays had not yet been compensated, whether in the form of a refund, voucher or deferral.
