Annual inflation rate down from 1.0% to 0.8%

In November 2024, the national consumer price index, calculated by STATEC, showed a monthly decline of 0.5%. This change can be explained by the sharp drop in travel costs, combined with lower gas prices.

For the fourth consecutive month, prices of petroleum products are on a downward trend. City gas is down 7.2% on October. The price of petrol is down 1.2% on the previous month, while diesel is up 1.0%. The price of heating oil rose by 0.3%. Compared with November last year, petroleum product prices are 12.6% lower.
