Gross domestic product GDP for the first quarter of 2026: 0.0% compared with the previous quarter
STATEC publishes today the gross domestic product (GDP) for the first quarter of 2026, as well as revised figures for the previous quarters. The GDP in volume evolved by 0.0% during the first quarter of 2026 compared to the previous quarter, and by +1.6% compared to the first quarter of 2025.
The annual changes of the GDP in volume are revised as follows: +2.1% instead of +2.4% for the fourth quarter of 2025; the third quarter remains unchanged at +3.2%; and the second quarter is -0.5% instead of -0.6%.
