Survey on the space economy
The joint STATEC-LSA survey of players in the space economy is carried out every three years as part of the process of drawing up satellite accounts for the space economy.
It is an electronic questionnaire that collects mainly economic data. Companies report their main income and expenditure, as well as the number of employees by gender and level of training. The results of this survey are used to estimate the main economic aggregates, such as production and value added.

Conduct of the survey
All companies active in the space sector are contacted every three years to respond to this survey. The survey is conducted in French and English.
