1.5 Frequency and deadlines for filing declarations

The company has the obligation to report to STATEC the monthly flow(s) for which it is liable. The Community legislator has not provided an exemption to the monthly frequency.

The deadline for submitting declarations to STATEC is the 16th working day following the reference month.
