Survey on research and development expenditure in public sector

The purposes of the survey are the analysis of research and development (R&D) structure in public sector by measuring volume, tendancies and intensity of R&D related ressources in the public sector.

Implementation

Public research centers, university and other R&D providers of the public sector are concerned.

Legal framework

The legal framework of the survey consists of the Commission implementing regulation (EU) N°995/2012 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Decision N° 1608/2003/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the production and development of Community statistics on science and technology.
