Économie et statistiques N° 124 When National Accounts meet efficiency measurement of bank

The current approach to determining banking productivity uses balance sheet stocks to evaluate outputs rather than flows and are inconsistent with how government agencies compute banking output. We propose to use flows instead by bridging National Accounts (NA) concepts of flows of services produced by banks when granting loans and accepting deposits known as FISIM with academic approaches.
