Infographic 03/25 - Online administrative procedures are becoming standard, but disparities remain

In 2024, 87% of residents carried out administrative procedures online. This rate varies according to age and level of education but does not differ between men and women. Despite widespread adoption, certain obstacles remain, particularly those related to the complexity of the platforms and users' digital skills.
