Housing in figures in the fourth quarter of 2021

In the fourth quarter of 2021, homeprices (apartments and houses combined) increased by 12.0% compared to the fourth quarter of 2020, which constitutes a slowdown in the rates observed in the previous quarters. Over the whole of 2021, home prices increased by 13.9% compared to the previous year. In 2020, the average annual increase was 14.5% and in 2019 it was 10.1%.
