Housing in figures in the fourth quarter of 2023

For the fifth consecutive quarter, house and apartment prices are on a downward trend. The overall index for the last quarter of 2023 fell by 14.4% year-on-year. The biggest drop can be seen for existing homes, which fell by 18.8% compared with the fourth quarter of 2022. The index for apartments under construction (corresponding to VEFA sales in future state of completion) saw the smallest drop of the various sub-series, with an annual change of -7.6%.
