Annual survey on household income and living conditions (EU-SILC) has been launched!
STATEC is launching its annual survey on household income and living conditions (EU-SILC) from 1 September 2023 to 31 December 2023.
The survey on household income and living conditions (EU-SILC) is carried out in all European Union countries and is a valuable source for steering policies to combat poverty, inequality and social exclusion in Luxembourg. It enables changes in household and individual incomes and living conditions to be tracked year by year, and also makes it possible to compare these changes at European level.
The EU-SILC survey is adressed to around 14,000 people, selected at random from the National Register of Natural Persons. The selected people receive a mail and all the members of their household are invited to take part in the survey.
