Road freight transport survey

In accordance with the regulation (CE) N° 1172/98, each Member State of the EU sets up community statistics in relation with freight transit by road carried out by a road motor vehicle, freight transport, the registration in a Member State and the course of these vehicles.

Member States collect statistic data in the following fields:

Vehicle-related data;
Journey-related data;
Goods-related data.

To take part in the road freight transport survey, you must have received a letter of invitation by post.
Participation in the survey is then possible

either by returning the completed paper questionnaire by post,
or by completing the online procedure on MyGuichet.lu, which offers data entry assistance.

The questionnaire on the MyGuichet.lu portal can be accessed using an access code provided on the paper questionnaire. The online process can be completed with or without an authentication product (LuxTrust, eID or eIDAS).
The authenticated mode is preferable, as it allows you to save your answers and return to the questionnaire later.
